Caring for our customers and staff
- We’d like to reassure you that we have a robust process in place to ensure we protect and support all our customers and staff during this challenging time, in line with government advice.
- Screens have been installed to protect customers and staff and we ask everyone entering the premises to use the hand sanitiser.
How Can You Help?
We would love you to visit us, please follow these guidelines to keep yourself and everyone else safe:
- Do not visit us if you have any symptoms of the virus.
- Hand sanitiser is available and installed at the entrance to the shop. Please make use of it.
- Shop one adult per household if possible, unless you need assistance or have young children with you. We ask for one customer at a time on the premises so please be patient and wait at a safe distance until it is your turn.
- Keep a 2 metre distance from others. Floor markings are in place in the shop to assist with social distancing, and we have screens at the till to protect customers and staff.
- Please only touch what you intend to buy.
- Please pay by card or contactless where possible. The maximum contactless spending limit has increased to £45.
- Please note to be fair to all of our customers for the purchase of larger items we will be offering and appointment system. Please call on 01228 537469 to book a slot.
Click & Collect Service
We have our Click & Collect service. Please use it where you can. Either shop online or telephone to place your order.
Order online choosing from over 5000 products, which can then be collected or delivered .
Home Delivery
We can deliver to your door with our online website.
