No contract will exist between Rainbow Music Carlisle and you "the purchaser" on any product until Rainbow Music accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Rainbow Music sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further more any contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England.
We aim to ship all items in stock within one working day of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this. At busier times of the year the despatch time may vary.
Price and availability information displayed on the Rainbow Music Carlisle web site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a price. Errors in pricing can occur from time to time and we reserve the right to withdraw an order based on an incorrect price shown on our website.
Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note all discounts, special offers and promotions are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, except where explicitly stated.
We use two different delivery methods depending on the location and size of the goods.
For larger bulkier goods on the UK mainland we use FEDEX next working day service. ( Exclusions are the highlands, islands, Shetlands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, Northern Ireland )
For smaller items we use Royal mail 1st class post.
Damaged or missing goods
Please inform us within 24 hours if you receive damaged or missing goods. We can be contacted by email: email@example.com or by telephone during opening hours: Mondays to Saturday 9am to 5pm on 01228 537469. Please note we are unable to rectify problems outside of the 24 hours period.
All of our goods are covered by the manufactures warranty. Please report faulty items either by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone during opening hours: Mondays to Saturday 9am to 5pm on 01228 537469.
We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase however you should change your mind and wish to return an item for either an exchange or full refund we will be happy to do so.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations you must inform us that you want to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. You are liable for all return carrier costs and goods must be suitable packaged as well as suitable insured for the return journey.
